If you send an enquiry, it goes to Verla Joy Basdeo (ENVISION, Grand Cayman) so that she can contact you, and for nothing else. The form is handled by Netlify in the United States, which stores what you send and your internet address until it is deleted. A copy goes to her email, which is held by Google. She keeps it for as long as she needs it to help you, then deletes it. It is never sold or used for marketing.

Under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act you can ask to see what she holds about you, or ask her to correct or delete it, by calling or messaging her with the buttons on the home page. You can also complain to the Ombudsman of the Cayman Islands.
